Great Gatsby Themed Wedding | Decatur Forsythe IL Wedding and Engagement Photographers

Erin and Colby were married at Lampstand Church in Decatur with the reception on the Golf Course in Forsythe.  It was a gorgeous day for their Great Gatsby-themed wedding. They had the bonus of having us there for the duration of their day since they included the photo booth in their wedding package!

This little sweetie belongs to one of our students.  Knowing the mom has the passion for photography we had to break out one of our favorite backdrops and vintage cameras.  You can tell this little one has been the subject of many pictures as she knew exactly what to do with the camera!

Fun in Love around the Studio | Bloomington IL Wedding and Engagement Photography

We met this couple at the wedding show.  We love that his mother is a photographer and was very instrumental in finding them a photographer who would do justice to their wedding day.  We felt honored that she felt confident we were the duo chosen to capture their special day. As you can imagine with a mom as a photographer, this couple already has many images of the 2 of them.  We always advise the reason we offer the complimentary engagement session is so we got to know each other before spending the biggest day of their lives together.  We truly enjoyed getting to know them, and how comfortable they already were in front of the camera!

Family Farm Engagement Session | LeRoy IL Wedding and Engagement Photography

While we truly enjoyed all of our winter engagement sessions, it was a long winter in IL and we were grateful once the spring arrived!  This couple opted for both a winter and springtime engagement session which was wonderful!  This is a family farm, the same farm their wedding will be held at so it was great to be able to go out there and photograph the couple in the same place we'll be photographing them in just a few months!  They are the sweetest couple!

This super-sweet couple actually grew up as neighbors and are so much fun to be around.  We headed up to Funks Grove for a lovely outdoor session.

Riverfront Engagement | Peoria IL Wedding and Engagement Photographers

This super-fun couple braved ridiculously cold temperatures for some shots out on the River Front in Peoria.  The great thing about the cold weather was there were very few people around, getting in the way of our session!  We got some fun shots and are looking forward to their August wedding at Two Brothers Round House in Aurora.
